About the game
What is Hjertesnak?
Hjertesnak is a set of conversation cards in Danish and English for kids, teens and couples. You draw a card, answer the question or do the action – and get closer to each other. No one loses: everyone wins when we talk.
Which edition should I choose?
Kids is for children aged 3–6, 7–9 and 10–12 together with an adult. Teen is for ages 13–16 and 16–19, with friends or parents. Partner is for couples. Choose the child’s age when you add Kids or Teen to your cart.
Why are the cards in both Danish and English?
Every card has the text in both languages. That makes the game great for bilingual families, for couples with different mother tongues and for children learning English.
Is Hjertesnak therapy?
No. Hjertesnak is a conversation game that makes it easier to talk – not treatment. If you are worried about a child or a young person, contact a professional or a helpline such as BørneTelefonen (Børns Vilkår).
What is the difference between the card game and the online version?
The card game is physical cards in a box. The online version is the same cards as a digital edition, sent to you by email straight away – and it is cheaper.
Delivery and payment
How much is shipping?
Delivery to a parcel shop with GLS/PostNord costs DKK 39. Shipping is free on orders over DKK 499. Online versions have no shipping.
How quickly will I get my order?
Physical items are shipped within 1–3 working days. Online versions are emailed straight after payment.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer. All prices include 25 % VAT.
Returns and sustainability
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on physical products. Read more under Returns and right of withdrawal.
What are the cards made of?
The cards are printed on FSC-certified paper, and the box has no plastic wrap. If you want to avoid physical products altogether, choose the online version.
